Most custom t-shirt orders for a St. Louis event get printed somewhere else and show up in cartons. We print yours in the room. A guest picks the design, tells us a size and has the shirt on about two minutes later.
Custom t-shirt printing, made live in St. Louis
With a boxed order you guess the size split a month early and eat the leftovers. At a live station in an America's Center booth or a Soulard brewery hall, nothing is printed until somebody asks for it. If a few blanks are left at the end, they're still blank.
What we can print
- T-shirts, XS through 4XL, one at a time as guests order.
- Hoodies and crewnecks, worth it for a January event or a cold night at the ballpark.
- Caps from the live hat bar.
- Totes and hard goods through our promo station.
Screen printing or DTF for custom shirts?
Hundreds of people, one bold design: that's live screen printing. Photo art, gradients or a different name on every back: that's live DTF printing. Show us the file and we'll pick.
Heads up: the blanks ride to Missouri on the same freight as the presses, so the size counts are final about a week before the event.

Counting sizes for a St. Louis crowd
People tend to guess the size run wrong. An expo crowd downtown, a Loop music night and a Clayton sales kickoff don't wear the same sizes, so tell us who's coming and we'll build the blank order around it.
Two presses with a short design menu turn out 100+ shirts an hour, on a 10×10 ft footprint with two 120V circuits.
