Soulard is festivals, market days and brewery halls. A lot of what we'd do here is outdoors or in a big open hall, and the crowd moves around, so a station that's easy to spot and quick to use does better than one that asks people to wait.
Brewery and beer-heritage events fit a live station well. Guests are already there to see how something gets made. We'd put a press where the line can see it and keep the design menu short so it prints fast.
Stations for a Soulard event
- Live screen printing: one bold design printed quickly for a festival crowd.
- Live DTF: full-color art for a brewery's label or a sponsor's logo.
- Live hat bar: caps for an afternoon outside.
- Promo & hard goods: totes for a market day, koozies for a beer event.
Outdoors, plan for muggy summer heat or a cold spring morning: a tent with weighted legs, a hard surface under the presses and power from a generator or a vendor drop. Indoor options nearby are in downtown, with The Grove, the Central West End and the Delmar Loop further west.
For a street event, ask the organizer for two dedicated 20A circuits per station and where the generator will sit.
