Live stations
Live Printing Services in St. Louis
Five kinds of station, all shipped to St. Louis from our Fullerton shop. An expo floor at America's Center usually wants a full press line. A bar in The Grove or a hotel ballroom usually wants one compact station. The gear goes by freight and the crew arrives a day early, so we're ready when your doors open.
Most St. Louis events need one method. Busier ones pair two: a press for volume at an expo booth and a second station for names or caps. For each one, save a spot about 10×10 ft with two dedicated 120V/20A circuits; in a music venue, make sure they're separate from the stage power. The math on pace is simple: up to 60 shirts an hour off one press, 100+ off a two-press live screen printing setup, and around two minutes for each guest from order to wearing it. Most St. Louis live printing jobs come in at $5K to $15K all-in, with travel from Fullerton as one flat line. Call six to ten weeks ahead, because the presses ride freight and the crew flies in the day before. Send the room and the headcount and we'll tell you which pair is worth the floor space, in the Central West End or out in St. Charles.
