Floor space, power and a way in. Each station needs about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, plus dock or elevator access for road cases that arrive by freight. We bring the presses, ink, blanks and tables.
The short checklist
- Space: about 10×10 ft per station and room for a line that stays out of the aisle and the service doors.
- Power: two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station. At America's Center that's an electrical order placed through the venue ahead of time. In a hotel ballroom, check that the circuit isn't shared with catering.
- Access: a dock, a freight elevator or a ground-floor door. If there are stairs or a small elevator, tell us early, since the gear arrives in road cases.
- Receiving: someone who can sign for freight from Fullerton and hold it until load-in.
- Weather plan: outdoors, a tent and a hard, level surface. St. Louis summers are muggy and winters can be icy, and both affect load-in.
A brewery hall in Soulard or a loft in The Grove is usually easier than a convention floor. The questions stay the same: which door, which circuits and where the line goes. Send the floor plan and we'll flag problems before we quote.
